Legal Ownership
The Platform is owned by TALADHWAJA GLOBAL VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Platform and services are governed by these Terms of Use. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms constitute Your binding obligations.
User Obligations
- To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete info during registration.
- Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion.
- The contents of the Platform including design, layout, and graphics are proprietary to us.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms.
- Initiating a transaction initiates a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.
Dispute & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute relating to it shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
