Policy Overview
A. General Policy
All branded gift vouchers purchased through our platform are delivered digitally and are non-refundable. Once a gift voucher has been issued, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the validity of the gift voucher and protect against fraudulent activity.
B. Non-Refundable Items
Once a gift voucher is generated, it is considered non-refundable. If the voucher is not generated, capture a screenshot of the error and send it to the support team for assistance. In cases where a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to be credited to your account.
C. Delivery & Verification
Instant Delivery
Most orders are fulfilled instantly or within 15-20 minutes of purchase.
Bulk Purchases
For orders with more than 4 vouchers, please allow for the internal processing flow to complete.
D. Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is only possible if voucher generation has failed post payment success. If due to technical reasons the voucher fails to be generated, the order will be considered canceled and money will be refunded within 7 working days.
E. Country Restrictions
Our gift vouchers are Indian gift vouchers and may be region-locked. We cannot process refunds or exchanges once the voucher code has been delivered. Please ensure you are purchasing for the correct region.
